I never really enjoyed entrecote, very rarely do you get a good slice and even then it's annoying to cook unless you enjoy well done meat

Well if you have any tips I'm willing to give it another go. It's a very lean and rather thin piece of meat so I don't really enjoy eating it

You need extreme temperatures to get a nice sear on thin pieces before they become overcooked
