i still dont know how to make it public, i set sv_register to 1, did all the number... and still its in lan even tho i set it to "internet" also i dont know how to make it properly public, do i just leave it like that after typign 1 in sv_register or do i have to do more?

Your best bet is to google for it with your modem model. It's different for each modem

Well I guess technically its the router part of the modem+router combo you probably have that's doing the forwarding but that's just being pedantic :P

but what am i tryign to do thats what i dont get, am i usppesd to enter some sort of a page? or a website? or jjst opne google?

There is a page on your routers web interface that should allow you to do port forwarding
