Yeah, I guess this can depend on how your ISP handles packets. For me the ping in server tab is about the same as ingame. Pred is how much delayed you are seeing everyone else based on how your ping fluctuated in the recent seconds

and i go to desktop my mouse stops in the middle of the screen
