I really would like to enable wiki translations, but doing so right now would make the VisualEditor unusable due to it not being compatible with the Translate extension, you can view more about the issue here:

What about letting every language have their own subdomain. If a language has its own independent page it is technically no translation and so the visualeditor problem should not occur. In your link it does not seem like the devs will solve this problem with translations soon.

The structure will be similiar to wikipedia where you mostly don't even have translations but distinct articles for every language.
