If you mean the "edit mode" in the upper right corner of the skin database (https://ddnet.tw/skins/), then you will not be able to login even with a forum account. It's an internal access for staff members to add new skins, If you want to have your skin added, then post it here or in the forum and they will consider adding it)) @Heneral Luna

@SevindPlayz can you find other servers on Internet tab? Is your software firewall blocking DDNet client? Try disabling it (edited)
