I bound: bind x "+toggle cl_mouse_max_distance 2 VALUE1; +toggle inp_mousesens 1 VALUE2" Now when i press x i stuck in that settings. How can i bind a switch back to normal? o.O

Yes, you can go on any server, and before the start line write /team 15 to play privately with your friend (edited)

Yes, you can go to an empty server and Escape -> Vote and choose a server type and map. In chat you can also vote with /map Sunny Side Up if you know the map name already

Sure, if you really want your own server you can click on "Run Server" in the start menu of client. Then you need to forward port 8303 UDP on your router and give your friend your ip address (or set sv_register 1 in the autoexec_server.cfg)
