You can join any DDNet server and vote whatever map you want

Alternatively you can upload your own map to Trashmap: https://trashmap.ddnet.tw/ Or you can run your own server (DDNet-Server.exe next to DDNet.exe), but you need to set sv_register 1 in autoexec_server.cfg for that and forward port 8303 (UDP) on your router (edited)

There are only a handful of large servers with large team 0 at a time, so passwording one usually gets him bored of it as he can’t annoy as many players on other servers
