if you want your skin to be in the database you need to ask Ravie, Soreu, louis or Clefairy "Glowing" skins arent accepted because they stand out too much

there were more reasons why glow skins aren't getting added but i dont really remember

the neon skins in the database shine same size or more, so I don't understand this rule. @Souly

is there a way to mirror your dummys inputs? or at least some other way to do this part with a dummy?
