They are different machines, hosted by different companies and iirc in different parts of germany. It makes perfect sense that your ping differs

Could be some ddos protection on ger1 or could be your isp has a strained link to the datacenter that server is hosted in. No way to know from my side

You can try a traceroute to ger1.ddnet.tw to see at which point the issue is. mtr is even better

If it’s our ISP we can send a support ticket, if it’s closer to you you’ll need to ask your ISP
