@Patiga well there are parts that break if you move them from one x,y coord to another. Maybe it works better with falling setups because it amplifies the inaccuracy?

I have a feeling the one above works in all parts of the map depending on the distance you start from the gap because the ticks always line up such a way even if floats get inaccurate the steps only ever get larger farther away from 0
