there are couple reasons: i could make it more transparent to reduce flashing when i spam shift

you can disable the inner circle with eyes

@eujax ok, GER3 has some strong DDoS protection that is not working well, we will shut it down in a few days anyway, so not worth debugging

@eujax we have a new GER1 server running now, I will shut down GER3 today when the servers get empty. Hope it works fine

ger3 is good bcs low ping

Check if GER1 has better ping. For me it's significantly better
