man i need more menu stuff to comply with both coppa and gdpr.

seems like i need an age slider to serve appropriate ads to comply with COPPA, then i need another popup menu to let users opt-in personalized ads to comply with GDPR. and i probably need a privacy notice since the game might be unintentionally appealing to kid under 13.

I'm basically adding four things into the google play version, ads, achievements, leaderboard and an ability to revert a drop per round.
