It's certainly amazing, that the tutorial section on the forum is popular again !)) Unfortunately you're totally right, the information there is vastly outdated. I'm sry for the inconvenience this may have caused you .__. (@Astramast) So, I'm in the process of re-writing and updating the essential bits: LINK LIST (https://forum.ddnet.tw/viewtopic.php?f=16&t=2420) MAPPING ABC (https://forum.ddnet.tw/viewtopic.php?f=16&t=2419) That means, at least the existing links should work again and the list is now categorized in different topics and covers all currently existing topics in the forum. There are still many things to do, though (like adding back the pictures / links in the Mapping ABC :o) But as WSike wrote: The recent ddnet versions mostly enhanced and simplified the editor! In other words: The basic features stayed the same, it's just more accesible nowadays. Therefore, if you read and understand the explanations in the (outdated) tutorial threads you should definitely have a solid base to discover the (updated) editor :> Also, i renamed the Mapping ABC just for you @Tiffany :3

an envelope is an animation

i dont think so, but it already shows you which envelopes are used. when you scroll through the envelopes, red background -> used, green background -> unused
