@David*°Villa but always remember, before you actually submit a map, just take a Look at it if It’s releasable in your opinion, loads of maps have been submitted recently where the map is just an abomination of bad drags and gores

it literaly doens tmatter which layer it is, as long as it contains the desired tile you can just put it on top. only on switch layer put number and delay on 0 so its not ugly
Ah well 65536 its alot xDD wont need that many. maybe between 100-200 "super rough" idk yet.... so far i used 30 groups and 40 envelopes, got an "intro" and the menu with this. Its like 700kb. But this is also because of the mappres tho. I dont see an increase in kb when i add more envelopes or groups. Also im mostly using quads for whole design, like the empty square by default.
Edit: also no fps drop so far because as im using default mappres i guess?♂️(edited)
ah, i know nothing about how hard fps will be impacted by the amount of quads, buuut:
each new group adds 68 bytes, each envelope 60 bytes (each point +6 byte), layers vary, each quad is +152 byte :d
