@deen code is likely untested I guess? what do you think is more risk/work, reverting to the known good version and I'll get some more time to stare at the PR, or me merging the PR while not having understood everything

can someone actualy tell me step by step how to rejoin the game and place i was in after my screen freezes.

unplug internet connection, close client, replug internet connection, start client and connect to server.

If that doesn't give your tee back, wait until "would have timed out but can use timeout protection now" appears and write /timeout in chat

@deen so i did follow the steps, but t he proplem is i cant see if the message apeared that timeout protection is on, my screen just freezes,

@heinrich5991 what i did was i discotencted my wifi, closed ddnet in task managr, reconecte wifi, opened ddnet again adn get launched to satrting page

that sadly is often the problem with these embedded gpus, that share the cooling with the CPU

the intel driver is already up to date as well
