Is it perfect though? I think you can only move in pixels, so the number is just rounded. You must be in the first freezing pixel of the block

@Дядя Женя @Scrumplex no, there shouldnt be a number after the two zeroes. @maggi323 should be correct. there are 32 positions on a tile and your position is rounded to one of them. .00 is the first position on a tile

its when there is a freeze going along the cieling and you have to hook at the right moment and end up hooked but not touching the freeze it self. its kind of a bug
