The bottom section? You hook the tee, and move back and forth rehooking, until the tee is unfrozen, releasing the hook so that they don't hit the freeze.

I think this happens because you have a resolution that we don't actually want to support. But on first start if the resolution is set, we don't check it, later when resized we check and disallow it
