@letins there is no matter for it, because spammers can just use other letters from another languages or just numbers as 1337. and why didn't you just mute him? client allows it. also you can call the moderator (edited)

Perhaps dont allow such large messages to be written in only caps

you can write really good text with caps in tee, if you forgot to disable it
