Hello, not sure if this is the right channel since i'm not used to this server, but i've asked @louis and @daria ingame about a demo bug that, when rendered, the audio would be weird. They told me to ask in the discord :). if needed i have a video posted on my yt that i could link (ingame name: clownpiece) the reason for me using the render option is because i cant record 1080p on my pc.

Also, known bug already

I was loading a map when joining KoG server, it "downloaded" the map and showed error message that "map downloadedmaps/Yo3 can not be found" or something like that and I was not able to join server

in "downloadedmaps" there existed .TMP file for map

which was busy (used by DDNet exe)

deleting it fixed a error, so it was downloaded again

I guess you should fail the download somehow, idk

i think you can fail the download by canceling before it finishes

i tried to get that bug once, but no chance xd

i have gotten it before and i know its caused by the .tmp file

is that some windows thing with permissions again?

seems like broken file, client checks for map existence, finds it and fails to load, so it decides to disconnect you from server

i thought only certain things could be affected by switches

bcs kog uses gameserver downloads if the map is not in the http pool

so the state of the file is non editable... no permission xd

@Deleted User KoG doesn't send SHA256s of the map file so we can't really be sure which map to download via HTTP
