@<BµmM> probably a problem with your network. Try LAN instead of wifi. Try https://ddnet.tw/news/windows-10-lags/. Try turning off all other computers in network. Try monitoring network usage. Finally complain to your ISP if it's not a local problem and happens on multiple DDNet servers (edited)

what does ddmax mean?

DDmax used to be one of the first DDRace (the mod DDnet is based on) servers that had exclusive maps with unique basic design and gameplay. Nowadays those maps appear to be outdated because they are often not really suited for groups of many players ( they were intended for servers with maximum 16 players)

If people say DDmax styled they often mean basic drag parts where 1 player is freezed and cant move. After the part is done the other player does the next part and so on
