is it really so hard to disable any weapon swapping on cl_dummy_hammer?

make it player's problem to switch on hammer before turning this on? Or, at least, make another client-side command for simply pressing "+fire" on dummy?

There is a command in console that switches weapon and you can prevent it by setting it's value to 0 i think but idk that command's name

imo there shouldnt be more features for dummies than there already are

there already are some things which are much much easier with dummy and with each addition you usually open up much more possibilities than you think at first

@Patiga the bug should be fixed though, it's extremely annoying

I have a ping monitor setup on my broadband which pings 28 bytes every second and also looks okay

I'd still guess network problem, I think it's always been possible for the ingame map download to get stuck like that.

@NeXus I don't mind waiting, just wasn't sure if it was a known bug or should be brought to devs attention - 2 mins isn't a big deal really... I played TFC back on virtually dial up connection when map packs started to get like 150MB big.... An hour just to get into game, fun times!

it could also be a network issue on server side, musnt be on ur side

When rendering video from demo and using sounds there is about 50% chance that you'll get weird sound from your speakers until the end of rendering

well thats still good, under linux my sound is completly broken

I just don't know how to explain it. In ENG specifically
