@Blade For new players. Most "Noob" maps are not noob friendly(nor localized, so some people can't even read) and it really doesn't hurt to create one.
Not every part of the world speaks English, if the game itself has other languages supported nobody should be forced to struggle to translate a youtube video to understand the basics of a game. And yes I've already seen Louis' video, I'm not the one that needs help, I'm talking people from non-English speaking countries who just installed.

Also, noob-friendly maps with instructions are only in english(afaik).
There would just be walls of texts if we put each server language by the part in a tutorial map. That wouldn't work.
It would be interesting to add a gif of 2 players completing the part, actually right on the location where you stand so you can copy it like they do.
However this would make the map very large adding many animations like that at every part.
@Welf What do you think about that, some form of animated tees doing the part where the noobs are trying? It will cause a large file size and I'm not sure if it is even possible. However maybe just 1 map like this (a very large file size map) specifically for a tutorial could be an interesting idea.
Yes or they could just make an effort like everyone else did before steam and learn the game by playing a lot.
