@Animefan the Mamad was stuck at the entrance of the stage and I couldn't find a way to rescue him. I've been trying to throw tees from both sides of this part and struggled a lot until the guy rq. Here is a small fix i made as a suggestion.

(imo) coz we want newbies to actually finish their first few maps. Its quite frustrating to fail, before you've gotten the chance to learn the rules of the game yet.

The tee with a strong hook is at the bottom and hammers, the tee with a weak hook runs towards it and jumps so that it reaches the top of the edge. Now just hook to the left

@Beautemps your change would also change the idea of the part at the top, so adding stoppers should be a better solution

Simple solution for novice maps with fail part , insert "git gud" text at start of map. ez fix.

so it makes sense to have insane maps as last priority

So either you say "Yes we should force the testers" or you agree, that testers should have their own choice on what maps they want to test. Ofcourse it's better if testers focus on maps, which are longer in testing. Consider that testers do this in their free time.

@Genex And what in your opinion is the sense of looking for design bugs, when whole parts might have to be changed after someone with enough skill test them by gameplay? That only adds up useless amount of work for the mapper and wastes time of tester

Testing insane maps with tester of novice skills is not worth a thing too, because he simply doesn't have the required skills. "After the fail i can try to Improv" doesn't fit here, because he will react to parts completely differently than a player with enough skills

Ok, there might be rare cases of it making sense, but those are rare cases where someone just shares idea that nobody else have thought of

i just want to mention that we don't have testers with novice skills and that most of insane parts are just long and/or faily moderate parts, the issue is rather that moderate testers can't really rate insane maps (or would have a hard time with it). also it's hard for insane players to test novice maps, but that's another story ^^ i mostly don't enjoy testing brutal+ maps

@fearxito you could check a halloween map and extract a tileset. and then ideally ask the creator of the map if it's ok for you to use that
