Hey guys I need help, Whenever I open DDnet on steam it says its launching for a fews seconds and it dissappears or it dosent launch. Ive tried restarting my computer, updating steam and reinstalling the game. Any Ideas?

@Learath2 hi! Any ideas why a vote for a map change could be displayed wrong? It announces a wrong vote starter in chat and contains no text in 0.7 clients. (edited)

@Learath2 I've merged a new ddnet origin/master into my master. It fixed the map name problem! Vote initiator is still wrong though.

it should be fixed by now, you can rename the DDNet.old to DDNet.exe or just download a new version from ddnet.tw

HEY there ! Is there a way in this game to train properly a precise mechanic ? Like Gore Map but for hammerfly, hammer throw, edge etc.. Map going harder and harder on a single moove to learn it fast?

The best way to train is to just train, nothing will replace the experience of hours spent on trying. Just don't stick to single things, like i.e. finishing Multimap 20 times, because that won't get you far - trying other maps will be way better idea.

Yeah I don't like play the same map over and over anyway :) I know hours of train can't be replaced, but, I was wondering if some custom training were made, because doing 100 hammer throw in a row, where each one get harder etc.. is much more optimized for train ( if you compare to a ranked map where it's only like 10% of the map because 0 map are based on this mechanics ) that's why I was asking ^^ but if it's not, let's train ! Thanks a lot !

You could also play simeplay 1-4 for hammer throw

in case you do fail, you can use /practice then /r to continue playing. Keep in mind though after reaching finish, it will not count as an actual finish and you won't receive the points for the map
