Someone should implmeent this cleanly on the server side with a net message so that the client tells the server its preferred language
by translating them on client-side.
Texts containing %s/%d are hard this way, replaced some, didn't localize some others. But I guess even incomplete this is better than nothing.

oh, I don't think it needs to be translated, most of them would be just transliteration, like dummy, ddmax, oldschool
would be more sense to just translate:
novice - лёгкий
moderate - средний
brutal - сложный
insane - очень сложный/невозможный kinda hard to choose the right word
