I wondered why so many annoying messages came from kog. Direct server mute.

Just updated DDNet on steam, and it crashes immediately after loading. Any suggestions?

@deen Windows 10, version from ddnet.tw works. Might have been my files though. I reinstalled and everything was fine

That's weird. I don't see how we can be breaking the steam updates

When you launch it, in f1, do logfile err.log then close the game and try starting from steam

Uh, though that might be a little hard to track down actually, logfile C:\err.log might be easier to find later

Maybe a permissions issue that got fixed when you launched from the exe

Possibly yeh. Or maybe what @murpi said about the steam version not applying the patch properly

hi, got any1 an introduction for "how to create a ddrace server" ? Or are the old introductions of round about 2011 still working without any changes?

cant find any server where /r is working, idk why they deactivated the function on nearly every ddrace server where i played

@Chrīs We recently revived /r on ddnet servers in practice teams

I'm not aware of any server that allows /r in team 0 anymore

there were 2 server with /r enabled but both got masterbanned

if you want to play with /r on the official ddnet servers you have to join team /team 1-63 and enable /practice Note: Your rank won't count after enabling /practice (edited)

But you can also set sv_rescue 1 in Trashmap, can you not?
