DDraceNetwork - announcements

There has been a vulnerability with /practice. Fixes have been deployed and servers are being restarted. Password-protected servers are not restarted yet and will be auto-restarted when all players leave. Affected ranks have been deleted, saves of the last few hours had to be removed since we can't tell which were cheated. Sorry about that (edited)

The vulnerability was only half-fixed. Hopefully we have all the cases now... Servers restarting again, some servers have practice disabled until restarted. (edited)
