DDNet servers now support /practice mode to enable /rescue (/r) when playing in a team. You can also enable practice mode during your run, for example when you failed. Note that your rank won't count after you enabled practice mode. (Check the help message in /rescue to see if practice is already available on the server you're on, or join an empty server.) (edited)
