Banning people for something like ddos is more than just banning the ddoser himself. In this case not banning one shows other potential ddosers that it might result in them being left off the hook cos "ban em if u feel like it lol" is literally the weakest measure thinkable. some people who actually do want to play the game might think twice before attempting something like a ddos if the punishments in the past were harsh and in this case consistent.
