@Ama should check maps which have this, maybe you can find this setting there. Didnt kindergarten have this?

Its just a change they did in the last 2 years that envelopes are not tied to race time anymore

As far as I remember this was just a side effect of how the timer worked back then. Actually this broke animation on other maps so it was more of a bug
