They got a vote don't change map. Because on gores jt happens to be that when a big team fails they vote for new map. But if dont change map is voted (not sure how it works) you first have to vote change maps. And i guess this vote is harder to get passed. Not sure how it works and i think it is confusing people without proper explaination.

The vote "don't change the map" increases the vote delay to 6-10 minutes. At anytime any player can vote "change map" option that will bring all back. So even when you are alone on the server, you can easily vote

and when this option has been voted, you have to vote "twice" to change the map: 1. change the map vote, 2. The map vote itself

with the afk ban, bot detector and the changing map vote solution, this wouldnt be abuseable anymore
