Well master servers aren't doing too well nowadays, you see all the ddnet ones because master4 is ddnet.tw and that one seems to be doing better today

I updated my client after 2 years and in the "new" version you see solo players and your ghost as ghost tees. At least it should be like this, because i don't see any ghost tees. i only see the name tag from other tees on solo server and only the weapon on my ghost. What could be wrong or missing?

I know that it is a problem only i face, not saying it's the version. And shouldn't be something in the ddnet folder, because i redownloaded the whole client. but could be in appdata
