@deen can you restart the blockZ server as soon as they are empty like every day, because they dont have the laser bounce delay fix by jupeyy, and that makes it so weird to play. the server is online for so many months without a restart and its very noticeable

[ddnet/ddnet] Pull request opened: #1779 Fix hook col and make it green on tees

Fixes #1758

I made it so that when hook line says you can hook a tee it is shown green, to make a difference between aiming at a hookable and a tee.
Made a rly small optimization.
Fixed the bug from the issue.

@Ryozuki when lookin at tee its yellow and with hookable its green
