how does this sorting alg work? guys with time ~= 200 minutes are in the end of list

snail watches every teehistorian file, he then reviews the run and judges wether you were skilled or lucky, based on that he sorts you to the start or end of the list (edited)

@skua the numbers are encoded as seconds from -9999 (166 minutes). Actually that could probably be fixed

was that when you go into time penalty tiles so often that your time goes back to0 and you cant finish?
