I as a person am allowed to not interact with anyone I don't want to interact with. I tolerated his behaviour for long enough. I already have enough things to deal with. I'm sure someone in the admin/staff can deal with him. I'd rather focus on the 499 other players we have that don't have a problem every second of the day.
