@ScReeNy ye thats funny af xxD You can have 2 clients open with different ips at the same server and one works perfekt and the other one can only read the chat xxxD Thats a feature ive been using for a while xd

when i play with a high ping and look at the demo nothing adds up, everything is weird i dont see most of the hooks and i generally dont move like i did on the server. is there some predicton thing i have to turn off to see the demo like normal? i played with antiping

maybe not directly colorcodes, but some ability to highlight some parts of a message in grey or so because sometimes it can be usefull. maybe using text like on discord the code line

The map that is currently uploaded on the DDNet vanilla servers is actually the wrong version (my mistake, I think) that is asymmetrical for red and blue teams. https://drive.google.com/open?id=1JsCNK5t3buEifgpnPFeHxEvzQJW0mi2m This is the latest map. Please update it! Thank you!

When in a game with the DDNet client, the ticks seem to indicate that the servers run at 50 ticks per second. Is this true? This means that 2 ping is minimum even on LAN. What do you think about doubling the number of ticks per second to 100? This would cause the server to use twice as much bandwidth, so a caution/notice should be sent out to let the server owners know. However, I don't think this should be a problem, because each player takes less than 30 kbps at 50 ticks, which means it ...

ddnet servers only send snapshots every 2 ticks unless you use sv_high_bandwidth
