Not really, possibly with some speed and a perfectly timed dj... but since its kill ( I assume the red tiles are kill ) its almost impossible. Kill tiles have a bigger range than freeze. E.g. You can easily edge next to a freeze tile but if you ever tried to edge next to a kill till you will notice the difference. You can't get very close to them.
