is it allowed to use the tw-webgl code for a different project? can't find any license in the repositories or code (edited)

obviously non commercial, just for a stat tracking project (https://i.imgur.com/HV6kDYU.png) where I intended to add it in the map detail page

what the hell is velramp o.O if you set velramp curvature to 0. only the weak hook tee can move in that area, if the stronghook tee goes into the zone, nobody can move even if the weak hook tee is outside...wtf
