And if /kick PLAYERNAME is entered, it should start a vote So many players type in /kick but not know that there's a UI dedicated for it

@deen https://github.com/ddnet/ddnet/issues/1280 most likely some windows #define (e.g CURSOR) which messes with the enums of the generated file you can let cl emit the preprocessed files to see where it goes wrong if you want to .. (edited)
