@timakro it's so we can preserve old bugs for old maps

@timakro it generates several random bugs on the map. So player never know what bug should he use to successfuly cheat the map. (edited)

looking at the patch of eastbyte, 80% of the joined players are not securely connected ._.

now someone who knows the networking stuff of tw would be helpful :'c
