Teeworlds rendering cuts off 2 pixels on each side of a tile, quads aren't divided into tiles

use opengl3

Does opengl3 get rid of this rendering flaw? If it does, that sounds like it could cause some problems with tilesets :p

In entities you only don't see this on most tiles because no detail is inside that 2px margin
