OK, in my opinion it would be a bad idea to apply accounts, not because trolls might be occupy some names, more because it would completely destroy the nice feeling of teeworlds/ddnet "join and play"
Especially for new players it will be a barrier because it would happen like "lmao i dont want to register"and rq
Let me share some cool things that accounts help with:
1. To allow in-game commands like /feedback on KoG (testing maps in-game). For ddnet it will help with /modhelp .
2. To avoid faking players.
3. To improve vote system for registered players in general and reduce the probability to be kicked by fun votes. (in perspective).
4. To make possible for players to participate in PvP races on any map and participate in 1vs1 tournaments. This is really cool IMO.(edited)
about the multiple server dummy:
i think the best solution for that is like this:
you can connect 2 tees to every server. on server1 you can toggle between these two with your normal dummy toggle bind. then you can toggle to another sever using an extra bind and on server2 you can toggle between you and your dummy again with normal toggle bind

i has mouse and i was playing with 3200 dpi and 75 mousesens , this mouse got broken and i got new with max 2000dpi , can somebody tell me how i must have mousesens ingame to get the same fellings like on other mouse ?
