@Moderator@deleted-role Hi guys. I'm sorry to HL you like this but I don't really know how Discord works haha. Been active on teeworlds for years but it seems Teeworlds is no longer under active development. Meanwhile, DDNet has been active, enables many mods etc. My question is: have you ever considered talking to the Teeworlds team for a possible merge? Not changing Teeworlds with DDNet but have a proper - light - yet secure vanilla teeworlds?
It would really work nicely if that were possible. I'm on OSX and run the vanilla client 0.6.3 (because 0.6.4 is messy with the fonts) and I'm tired of experiencing such problems, while DDNet has ping correction etc

The last release is from 2016, the one before was 2014, and they were only security fixes, nothing more
I don't know the people and I don't care about what they think. You have two things: teeworlds & ddnet, one is cleary ahead of the other, and there's something to do here
My point being, DDNet should be in charge of the official teeworlds as it is active. I'm not saying replacing vanilla but be able to bring features into it
1. Server auto-join queue when full.
3. User ID system. Seems like a better solution than IP as I have seen from how valve does it in tf2.
2. Grenade bullets collision: when your grenade bullet touch the enemy's grenade bullet, both bullets explode.
1. Better differentiation between vanilla and mods
·Asian Language Support/Input API Support
1. Some enhancement for Vanilla (e.g. maps, weapons or mechanics)
@Im 'corneum I know people in IT like their terminals and interfaces black/dark but it's bad for your eyes, you think it's better but your eye makes more effort to focus on white tho

the opposite is better

The change is hard but… I'm never going back to black (heh)
@Gabee Sorry, this discord server is kind of rude, don't take it personally. I can see where you're coming from with your proposal, but I don't think it will happen
@Ryozuki DDNet started as a fork from DDrace, I incorporated some ddrace64 changes manually and fixed them as good as I could. Also merged back Vanilla fixes since then. DDrace has officially died and now redirects to DDNet
