dummies shouldn't be allowed in other gamemodes

dummies werent meant to be allowed anyhow except testing if i remember right.

Dummies should be allowed on trainfng servers not actual fng servers

Even if the client doesnt identify itself i can usually guess from mouse behavior whether theyre using bots and fuck no xd
